RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT RESIGNATION FROM ROBERT BELL FROM BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW:

RESOLUTION FOR MS4 APPROVAL:

RESOLUTION TO SURPLUS AND DISPOSE OFFICE FURNITURE:
MOTION offered by Councilman Cambareri 2nd by Councilwoman Sutherland to surplus and dispose of town clerk’s desk and bookkeeper’s desk – there is no value. All in favor: Howell, Ketcham, Volpe, Sutherland, Cambareri, carried.
CIVIL TEC & 6 LOT SUBDIVISION FOR LANDS OF LAZIER:
Supervisor Volpe reported that he looked up the info for another house built in Hidden Valley. The hook-up fee was set at $6,000 which was set by prior board. Atty. Bavoso: He didn’t receive paperwork on this. Highway Supt. stated he went to the last planning board meeting & the planning board wants to know if the town board wants to allow them to hook into the sewer treatment plant. Supervisor Volpe is for it. Sewer district price goes up every year. Councilman Cambareri asked if the sewer district would have to be expanded? Atty. Bavoso: That’s what they’re requesting. He has to do research and thinks it would require a public hearing to do that. Supervisor Volpe doesn’t believe they are outside the sewer district. They are inside Hidden Valley. Atty. Bavoso read from the letter that they are requesting to expand the sewer district to include these 6 lots. If they are already in they would just need to hook-up. Supt. Hassenmayer stated that the plant is expandable for another 50 +/- houses. Maybe talk to KC Eng. about this. Atty. Bavoso stated if KC is satisfied then…He added that a note to be put on the map for the planning board to be advised. You can give approval for these homes pending payment/approval of appropriate fees. He doesn’t have a problem with the board indicating they are agreeable to these 6 lots.
