Monday through Friday (Except Holidays) – Must call 24-48 hours in advance to schedule

Building permit plan review: Allow up to 30 days

Certificate of Occupancy Inspections (CO):
Allow 30 days after filing of all completed documents.

*** All permits require an AFFIDAVIT OF FINAL COST OF CONSTRUCTION before a Certificate of Occupancy/Compliance/Use can be issued. Permits are not closed until a certificate is issued.***
