The CDC has repeatedly advised that those over 60 are one of the highest at-risk populations and should take all necessary precautions to minimize their chance of exposure to the Coronavirus.
THEREFORE,
Effective today, March 13, 2020, all MOUNT HOPE Seniors activities are suspended until further notice (which will be at least through the end of March). This includes all activities ordinarily conducted at the Senior Center – meetings, the exercise classes and the Mahjong group.
The MH Seniors trip planned to the Brownstone in Patterson, NJ for next Thursday, March 19th, has also been cancelled.
