ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING,
June 4, 2025 – 7:00 P.M.

 AGENDA

  1.  Call Meeting to Order.
  2.  Pledge of Allegiance.

  4.  Christopher & Melissa Prendys Public Hearing – Tax Map Section 22; Block 3; Lot 1; in the RES 1 Zone.  Property is located at 4 Elm Rd.  The applicant was denied for an addition on the grounds of “250-6” – setbacks.
  5.  OYA Pine Grove Road, LLC – Tax Map Section 1; Block 1; Lot 137 in the RES-1 Zone Proposed Solar Farm.  Property owner: Gary Stellingwerf.  Proposed on approximately 84 acres.   The applicant is seeking relief  for the following area variances (1) relief to install a solar facility within 10 feet of the eastern (side) property boundary and (2) relief to install a solar facility within 29.69 feet of the rear property boundary.
  6.  Application of Paul Barth – Tax Map Section 12; Block 1; Lot 56.1      Disapproved for 250-29B “A house is not approved for use in B-1 Zone”. (There is currently a building on Section 12; Block 1; Lot 3.1 which I wish to remove that existing house and build a new house)
