EMERGENCY MEETING, TOWN OF MOUNT HOPE, APRIL 13, 2018

The emergency meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Mount Hope was held at Town Hall on April 13, 2018 @4:00pm with the following present: Supervisor Chad Volpe, Councilman Matthew Howell, Councilman Brian Carey, Dominick Cambareri and Town Clerk Kathleen Myers.
NOT PRESENT: Councilman Jennings.

Following the Pledge of Allegiance, the Supervisor called the emergency meeting to order at 4:00pm.

Supervisor Volpe explained the reason for the emergency meeting. Someone from Friends of the Otisville School will be present at the public hearing. Copy of the emergency meeting notice were sent to the Times Herald Record, Village of Otisville, all board members, FOTOS and our website. He asked if the board would be ok with requesting reimbursement from FOTOS for the legal ads being published in Spanish & English. Board members agreed. They will be provided with copies of the bills when they are received.

MOTION TO SCHEDULE PUBLIC HEARING:
MOTION offered by Supervisor Volpe 2nd Councilman Howell to schedule a public hearing for the Orange County Community Development Community Block Grant on April 20, 2018 at 4:00pm at the Mount Hope Town Hall, 1706 Route 211 West, Otisville. Proposed project: Old School Community Center handicap accessibility facility. All in favor: Howell, Carey, Volpe, Cambareri. Motion carried.

RESOLUTION FOR ADJOURNMENT:
MOTION offered by Councilman Howell 2nd Councilman Carey to adjourn the meeting at 4:07 pm. All in favor: Howell, Carey, Volpe, Cambareri; carried.
